Objective 1: Ensure daily tracking of all field teams movements
Objective 2: Act as focal point for exchange of information between field program teams and Logistics/Coordination/Security & Liaison Officer
Objective 3: Ensures Security Incidents Follow up
Objective 4: Support Security and Liaison Officer in preparing/filing Liaison related documents
Qualification/Degree:
Qualification in Risk Management, Security, International Studies and/or Political Sciences or equivalent and relevant professional experience.
Bachelor’s degree considered an asset.
Professional Experience
1 to 2 years of professional experience minimum ideally on a similar position as part of a Security Management or Logistics Department/experience in movements tracking.
Technical/Specialized Skills
Good knowledge of Local Political and Security Context, Good knowledge of Authorities and General Official Administration procedures and processes - Good Written Reporting skills – Good command of Excel.
General Skills
Rigor, reliability, trustworthy, high sense of professionalism, sense of responsibility/confidentiality, good written communication skills/ability to interact with Log and Program departments, ability to follow instructions and procedures strictly.
Good analytical skills, ability to sort and summarize oral information from various sources.
Managerial Skills
Supervision of security guards.
Organization and scheduling of guard shifts.
Language Skills
English: Mandatory
Kurdish: Mandatory
Arabic : Mandatory
IT Skills
Good command of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
PPT desirable but not mandatory
