Job Title:             Cleaner-Part Time

Country:              Iraq

Location:             FRC Duhok Office





Cleaner is doing all duties related to cleaning the office under the supervision of the administration department and notify the supervisor on any problems.

Under the direct responsibility of the administration department and directly supervise by the HR Officer/Assistant.



Cleaning Responsibilities:


  • Daily cleaningof eachroom and others service place bathrooms, toilets in the office, which includes cleaningthe floorand furniturein theroom, windows and cleaningthe trashandmakeroomin theenvironmentis well suitedfor work in office.
  • Daily cleaningthe park andthe outer partof thehome
  • Controlsomeconsumableslike waterin the tankgivea report on theremaining amountto themaintenance technician.
  • Clean the hall of meeting room and drivers’ room once a week.
  • Preparing coffee in the afternoon for staff and washing them for the day after.
  • Responsible for hospitality of the HR interviews by offering Water to candidates.



Use of Equipment:


  • Controlof materials consumeddetergentpowdersandsoapsresponsible forreportingthe amount ofpowderandthe remaining periodof the
  • Take care for office equipment that is specified for your daily use in your duties.
  • Switching off light and electricity items when nobody is in the room.
  • Be aware of using items and not waste them.





  • Informthe person in chargeof maintenancefor anytechnicalmalfunctionorotherfeeslikewaterandelectricityas soon as possible.
  • Write down the items used and the date of taking, then reporting to HR Officer.

To be Flexible for other duties that are related with house/office
